On October 10, 2024, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) announced the implementation of new AI infrastructure model development themes to provide computational resources as part of the "GENIAC" (Generative AI Accelerator Challenge) project aimed at strengthening generative AI development capabilities for businesses.
RUTILEA Co., Ltd. (Headquartered in Kyoto, Japan, with CEO Takafumi Yano) will leverage the unique features of our GPU cloud service to provide GPU resources as a computational resource provider to businesses selected for the implementation of these themes.
■Features of RUTILEA GPU Cloud Service
1. High-Performance Computing Resources
Our instances are equipped with NVIDIA H100 and H200 Tensor Core GPUs, providing high-performance computing resources ideal for foundational model development. This expands the possibilities for AI innovation.
2. Flexible and Scalable Instances
We offer flexible instance usage based on the user’s model development plans and progress, providing the necessary resources when needed. Instances can scale according to the size of the training data and workload, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
3. High-Speed, High-Capacity Communication Bandwidth
Our data center utilizes a dedicated 100Gbps line for external connections and ensures up to 3,200Gbps bandwidth for server-to-server communication. This enables seamless large-scale data transfers and distributed learning, supporting fast and efficient foundational model development.

Our data center establishment in Fukushima Prefecture values and focuses on data protection within Japan. By operating domestically, we enhance security and data management to provide a reliable environment with our services.
